DESCRIPTION: “Train the Trainers” Programme in Hydrogen and Fuel Cell
TechnologiesFrom 25 May to 12 June 2026 (NEW DATES!!)This training activi
ty is implemented within the framework of the project H2Excellence: Fuel C
ells and Green Hydrogen Centers of Vocational Excellence towards affordabl
e\, secure\, and sustainable energy for Europe.A core objective of the pro
ject is the development of a joint transnational training and development
programme in fuel cell (FC) and Hydrogen Technologies\, based on modular e
-learning content. The programme is structured into three learning pathway
s (ten modules each)\, addressing different educational and professional l
evels: Vocational Education and Training (EQF 3–5)\, Higher Education (E
QF 6–8)\, and Lifelong Learning. The Train the Trainers programme aims to
equip teachers and trainers with the skills to effectively use\, adapt an
d deliver the training materials developed within the project. The programm
e provides participants with both technical knowledge in hydrogen technolo
gies and pedagogical and digital skills necessary to deliver training\, pa
rticularly in online and blended learning environments. It is also designe
 d to be compatible with a micro-credential-based certification system.This
call is part of a strategy aimed at strengthening the capacities of teach
ers at all three educational and professional levels in Fuel Cells and Gre
en Hydrogen technologies.💻 Delivery ModeThe course will be delivered in
an asynchronous tutored online format + one synchronous recap session (v
 ia videoconference) 12 June 2026 – 11:00 (CET) 🕒 Total teaching hour
s: 30h🎯 Programme ObjectiveThe programme aims to equip teachers and tra
iners with the necessary competences to effectively use and implement the
online training modules developed within the project\, supporting their in
tegration into education and training provision.Consequently\, contributes
to enhancing the relevance of training systems to labour market needs\, b
y supporting the development of skills aligned with emerging demands in th
e hydrogen sector and thereby fostering employability.🎓 Learning Object
ivesKnowledge and Professional Development Provide up-to-date knowledge o
n hydrogen technologies and their applications.Support the use of ready-to
-use teaching materials and virtual labs.Strengthen the ability to communi
cate complex technical concepts.Foster collaboration through communities o
f practice. Pedagogical Competences Develop skills for delivering techni
cal content in online and blended environments.Promote active and learner-
centred methodologies.Support the design and use of interactive digital co
ntent.Strengthen assessment and feedback practices. Digital Competences
Enhance the use of LMS platforms and digital tools.Support the integration
of multimedia resources and virtual labs.Strengthen the management of onl
ine learning environments and communication tools. 📚 Training Programm

ntinuous professional development\, reskilling and upskilling.Content and
delivery approaches are adapted to the needs of each target group.✅ Sel
ection criteria and placesSelection criteria: Participants should be poten
tial users of the online module contents in the development of their profe
ssional activity as teachers at the different educational levels.Number of
  places: 40 participants per educational/professional level (EQF 3–5\, E
 QF 6–8 and Lifelong Learning)\, for a total of 120 places.📜 Certifica
